Sedu 1 1/2'; questions. folica.com?
okay so i am looking for a new straightner because my old one broke. i looked at all the reviews on folica and it seems to me the sedu is the best. what do you think about sedu?? its expensive, so i want to make sure itll work really well. i have medium-thick hair and its wavy (i have ringlets) and the 1 1/2 is best rated so, i was wondering do the 1'; models work the same? i dont know how much id use it to curl but i like to think id have that option. how good is folica? The Sedu is expensive, but definitely worth it. I have both the 1 1/2 inch and the Sedu Revolution and I love them both dearly. In my experience Sedu is definitely the best and everyone I use it on loves the flat iron! The Sedu works on all types of hair, and it will work on your beautiful thick ringlets as well. The 1 inch model performs the same, and in my opinion is actually better. The smaller plates mean more consistent heating, meaning better, quicker results. But both work very well. If you want style which flips, waves, and curls, the Sedu Revolution is the way to go.
Now about Folica . . . I absolutely love the website. The sales, the appearance, the prices, and products this is by far my favorite hair product and tool website. So my sister almost cussed me out this morning...for no reason..?
It was the stupidest fight ...one that has been going on for a long time...its stupid let me tell you
kind of complicated but we just got new furniture for each of our room wich includes a dresser with a mirror and hers isnt set up yet (the mirror ) but mine is...and we got them to do our hair in our room instead of the bath room since we have issues about it since we are 15 and 16 and yeah..anyway i havent rigged up how im going to do the plug in thing for my curling iron and straightner so im planning on doing that tonight, but since then my sister is like why dont you use your mirror in your room instead of the bathroom??
im like i havent rigged it up yet and i have bad lighting..so i cant use it yet!
and so then she got all mad and she was like fixing to cuss me out and (we are like good girls, we dont cuss ever...and yeah it got to that extent) and so i was like jeesh you could you the other bathroom, i was here first, and any way you arent using it right now! and so she stormed off to her room after her shower, and so i was almost done with my hair and she came into the bathroom and was all mad and everything and i was like here im almost done and you can have the bathroom...and she was like i dont (she almost said the f word) care and she was like fixing to majorly cuss me out and she left and so now after school i came home and she was in the kitchen (she has a different schedule than i do at school) and i said hello...being nice...
and she just walked out of the kitchen...
im like wtf?
whats wrong with her???
idk if she just thinks our parents are always on my side all the time or something? which most of the time it is because shes so immature and has obeying issues lol
and im the younger one!!!!
my parents think im more mature than she is...and idk

There's no talking to a stubborn mind because they'll just blow everything you have to say off, so go to your mom or dad, talk to them in private, or you could, calmly, talk to your sister because getting angry at her would just cause one heck of a fight...and there might be something going on that no one knows about yet. Something embarrassing or painful that she hasn't told anyone and even if she talks to mom or dad that doesn't mean she tells them everything.

I mean, I've seen youtube vids on how to but usually those girls have long hair... I have like medium length hair. A little more past my shoulders... does that effect the curls?How to make curls with...?

but not too thick.
1. Have Stright hair.
2. Grab your strightiner,
3 Start at the top of your head,
and turn the strightiner under,
- like how you would curl?
(HARD TO EXPLAIN SORRY)
pull down ,
make sure it is tight.

you have to get a small straightener and twist it around your hair jus like a curling iron but honestly a cruling iron is jus plain easier and it wont look the same because your hair is shorter

i have a year 6 farewell tomorow for graduation from primary and i want to straighten my hair.i have a straightening shampoo and conditioner and i tried it but my hair didnt get straight and my hair is naturally wavy.i havent got a blow drying or a straightner or flat iron and i have no time for shopping or going to the salon or hair dressers.i have a curling iron and i heard you can straighten your hair with it so i tried it and my hair went super straight and then 5 minutes later it went curly again.anyone know how i can last it for much longer?also for the dance for getting ready can you tell me what i should do firs and stuff like a timestabe like should i put eyeliner first it lipstick first?

How do you create beachy curls with a sea salt spray....?
ive brought 3 different sea salt sprays that are suppose to make your hair beachy beacuse i have fairly straight hair since i straighten it all the time. When i let my hair air dry or when i use a diffuser once ive sprayed with the sea salt spray, my hair goes frizzy.
How are you able to create a relaxed look without using curling tongs or a straightner aswell?How do you create beachy curls with a sea salt spray....?
The seasalt spray is drying out your hair - to get the same effect without the damage try using a leave in conditoner spray, then a spritz of hairspray for hold :]

ok so being a baller that i am, i decide to try straigtening my hair with a curling iron.(i dont have a straightner).....so umm should i have used heat spray.... i didnt starighten it for very long and my hair dosent feel fryed. Will my hair be ok?
Also when straightening your hair....how in gods name do you get the back???

Your okay you only did it once. Your gonna want to use a silicone free heat protectant when you blow dry your hair so its in there when you go to flat iron it. Spend the 20 bucks and get a flat iron. They all do the same thing. Some just cost more. I could never get the back of my hair either but I luckily am a hair stylist and work in a salon so what I did was and had great results was, I had my hair Bio Ionic Straightened. It's like a 2 hour process costs about $250 if you don't know anybody in the industry. It came out great. I just blow dry it and it is perfectly straight everyday. Good Luck!

it should be finee. and i just stretch my arms around the back of my head to get the back ha practice makes perfect.
repetitive hair straightning with any tool is bad for your hair, it could cause long term damage!
Of course you should have use it. It protects your hair from being damaged from the heat - huge plus, there. Since you haven't straighten your hair in a while, you will be fine. :)
To do the back of your hair, set up a mirror in front of a bigger mirror so that you can look into the mirror in front of you, and view the back of your head in the bigger mirror, and get the back good.
I'm sure your hair will be fine once it gets over the irony.
As for the back, maybe use two mirrors so you can see where you're straightening?

you can use that Tresseme' thermal spray before you straighten your hair it works good. does the curling iron have different heat settings?? if so, then just put it sort of a little beneath the middle and if that isn't hot enough to straighten a piece then just turn it up a little more. you don't want it on too high, although it straightens it very well, your hair will eventually get fried! and you just section the back and you could clip it up after straightening each piece starting with the top and working your way to the bottom =)
Also when straightening your hair....how in gods name do you get the back???
